CONSENT TO RECEIVE INFORMATIONAL AND COMMERCIAL NEWSLETTERS

This document (hereinafter referred to as the "Consent") serves as the official legal basis for sending electronic notifications, commercial offers, and informational materials to users of the website gscoffee.cr (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") by the company Second February Limitada (S.R.L., ID: 3-102-962172) (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

The activation of a specific checkbox before submitting any feedback form, subscribing in the footer of the Website, requesting price quotes (Price on Request), or registering a personal account constitutes the User's consent to the terms of this Document.

1. PURPOSES OF SENDING NEWSLETTERS

The Company dispatches emails solely for the purpose of maintaining operational interaction, providing information on Specialty class products, and ensuring transparency of the Company's activities. Newsletters are strictly divided according to target audiences:

• For retail clients (B2C Segment): Sending transactional and service emails (order fulfillment status, track numbers of shipped packages containing roasted coffee), notifications regarding private sales of limited editions (Edición Limitada), arrivals of rare coffee varieties, and brand news.
• For international counterparties (B2B Segment): Sending official commercial roasting profiles, current price lists, laboratory cupping results from the Coffee Institute of Costa Rica (ICAFE), notifications regarding the opening of reservations for micro-lots (including Geisha), and bean drying schedules.

2. DATA PROCESSING PROCEDURE AND SECURITY

To execute the newsletter subscription, the Company utilizes only the minimum necessary set of data: email address, username (or the legal name of the B2B company), and the type of coffee of interest (green or roasted).
 Data processing is conducted in strict compliance with the Website's Privacy Policy and the Law of Costa Rica Ley № 8968. The Company guarantees that the address database constitutes confidential information, is protected by encryption protocols, and is never transferred to third parties for external advertising.

3. RIGHT TO OPT OUT OF THE NEWSLETTER (ANTI-SPAM POLICY)

The Company values its clients' time and supports a policy of absolute transparency. The User holds an unconditional right to fully withdraw consent and opt out of receiving emails at any given moment without providing justification.

To cancel a subscription, the User may employ any of the following methods:

1. Click the interactive "Unsubscribe" link located in the lower section (footer) of every electronic letter sent by the Company.
2. Send a direct email in free form with the word "Unsubscribe" to the Company's customer support service at the email address: sales@gscoffee.cr.

Once the request is logged by the system, the User's email address is automatically excluded from marketing distribution lists within 24 hours.

4. FINAL PROVISIONS

The Company reserves the right to modify or supplement the terms of this Consent in the event of changes to the rules of international postal services or updates to the Website's functionality. The current version of the document is always publicly accessible on this page.
